The Challenge:
CreditorWatch, an innovative credit bureau, have been recognised as one of Australia's top workplaces. However in a fiercely competitive job market, they wanted to produce content that captured their amazing company culture in an engaging way, attracting talented individuals to their fast-growing business.
The Approach:
In order to get the attention of potential candidates in a competitive space, we proposed a fast-paced, high-energy creative. Our team captured over 20 interviews with CreditorWatch staff over a 2 day period, along with emotive overlay of the employees in and around the office. By utilising quick, high-impact grabs from each staff member, we crafted a fast-paced edit that covered a wide range of topics, effectively communicating their company culture in highly engaging way.
